Review and negotiate contracts with event organizers to ensure client protection.

Travel & Accommodation Coordination:

Full-service travel arrangements for out-of-town events (airfare, hotel, transport).

VIP accommodations if needed (luxury hotels, etc.).

Social Media Management

Manage social media content including daily posts to target audience and fan base

Monthly Reporting & Performance Tracking:

Pricing for this experience:

Monthly Fee: $250 /month (covering the services listed above) and
Percentage-Based: 12%  of the total booking fee (per event).

Tier 2: PLATINUM  (High-End Service)

High-profile clients or large companies with multiple high-demand bookings, requiring complete hands-on management and higher-touch service.

Services Offered:

Full-Service Event Booking & Management:

Full-scale booking management for multiple high-value events per month (20+).

Secure major event opportunities such as exclusive shows, high-ticket performances, corporate events, or TV appearances.

Advanced Contract Negotiation & Custom Terms:

Full contract negotiation services for large-scale events, ensuring top-tier compensation and protection for clients.

Work with legal professionals to draft contracts or ensure compliance with high-profile contracts.

VIP Travel & Logistics:

Handle all logistics for out-of-town and high-profile performances (first-class travel, luxury accommodations, private transport).

VIP treatment for clients, including back-stage passes, special event accommodations, etc.

Email & Text/ Phone call support

Extended text/email support for clients in case of any emergency mishaps, event changes, cancellations, or new opportunities.

Manage urgent communication with event promoters and organizers.

24 hours/month phone call availability/zoom meetings (scheduled)

Agent Commission rate 18% covers the services listed above (per event).
